Tesla might be working on a new version of Model 3, and it’s going to be very, very quick.
The news comes via Tesla’s own parts catalog, which at one point had an entirely new part, a badge indicating a never-before-seen, super-quick new variant of the car (via The Kilowatts).

Tesla’s reliability questions have long lead to numerous ups and downs, but it’s safe to say the electric carmaker found its footing. For 2020, Consumer Reports named the Tesla Model 3 one of its best cars to buy for the year.

Global EV Sales For 2019 Now In: Tesla Model 3 Totally Dominated
The global plug-in electric car sales slightly declined in December, although the past month was the third-best ever, which makes us cautiously optimistic.
According to the EV Sales Blog, some over 279,000 plug-in cars were sold in December, 4% less than a year ago.
While the last couple of months were challenging due to significant drops in China, the overall result for 2019 is positive: almost 2,210,000 (up 10% year-over-year).

Watch Tesla Supercharger V3 Add 100 Miles Of Range In 7 Minutes | Electrek
Now that Tesla’s new Supercharger V3 charging stations are opening up to the public, more Model 3 owners are using them and bringing back real-world data.
A Model 3 owner shared a video showing Tesla Supercharger V3 adding 100 miles of range in 7 minutes.
Back in March, Tesla launched Supercharger V3, which can deliver a burst of power up to 250 kW to Model 3 vehicles and up to 200 kW on the latest Model S and Model X vehicles.

Tesla Model 3 Outsold Premium Competitors By 100,000 Since 2018 | InsideEVs
James Stephenson (@ICannot_Enough) provided in nteresting comparison of the Tesla Model 3 sales in the U.S. against several premium competitors between January 2018 and May 2019, basing on goodcarbadcar.net data.
As it turns out, the Model 3 is way more popular than well-established models/brands, having a six-digit advantage over the 2nd best in sales:

Tesla To Start Downgrading Model 3 Standard Range Software Within 10 Days, Will Offer Option To Upgrade | Electrek
Some Tesla owners who bought the standard Range version of the Model 3 for $35,000 have been getting away with the features of Tesla’s more expensive Standard Range Plus Model 3, but the automaker now says that it will start downgrading the software of those vehicles within the next 10 days.
